A yoga mat is required but all other props will be provided.

Bootcamp

*Please note that indoor gym shoes and a yoga mat is required but all other props will be provided.

Monday 6-6:30pm I Thursday 12-12:30pm

Vinyasa

*A yoga mat is required and all other props are welcome but not provided.

Tuesday 12-12:30pm I Wednesday 5:45-6:45pm I Saturday 10-11am

Thai Massage

*Please wear comfortable loose fitting clothing to your session. 

  • A 30 min low-impact workout inspired by ballet, yoga, & Pilates moves

  • A 45 min low-impact workout inspired by ballet, yoga, & Pilates moves

  • A 30 min high-intensity workout varying in format each class

  • A 30 min yoga class connecting breathe to movement

  • A 60 min yoga class connecting breathe to movement

  • A 12 session series of outdoor vinyasa at Flesher Field Park!
