Barre
A low-impact and high-intensity workout inspired by ballet, yoga, & Pilates moves.
Barre socks/or barefoot recommended.
A yoga mat is required by clients while all other props will be provided.
Monday 5-5:45pm
Tuesday/Saturday 9:15-10am
Wednesday 12-12:30pm
Bootcamp
Bootcamp is all up to the instructor, will today be tabata? Will it be HIIT style? Will it be all about reps? Every class will be different and leave you wanting more!
Indoor gym shoes and a yoga mat is
required by clients while all other props
will be provided.

Wednesday 5-5:30pm
Friday 12-12:30pm
Mix
A class filled with barre, bootcamp, & yoga. Everything in one! Circuit style set up with rounds of barre and bootcamp,
then a finish of yoga stretches.
Barre socks/barefoot is recommended
and a yoga mat is required but all other
props will be provided.
Thursday 9:15-10am
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is about relaxing & balancing your mind, body & spirit. It's a quiet yoga that focuses on noticing your breath, getting into a totally supported pose, & finding stillness. It uses lots of props- a bolster, two blocks, a strap, & numerous blankets.
A yoga mat is required by clients while all other props will be provided.
The 2nd Wednesday of every month 5:45-6:45pm
(this is in place of Vinyasa Yoga)
Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow offers a chance to slow down through breath and movement. Students have more time to intentionally move on their mats while still focusing on their breath to movement poses, which may be held
for a number of breaths.
This specific class is terrific for beginners!

Saturday 10:15-11:15am
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that connects breathe to movement. Classes can include sun salutations, standing poses, core work, along with hip and hamstring focus. Vinyasa helps to build strength, while reducing stress and increasing vitality.
A yoga mat is required by clients while all other props will be provided.

Beginning Yoga Series
A 6 session series covering the basics of yoga & intention setting.
