Barre

A low-impact & high-intensity workout

inspired by ballet, yoga, & Pilates moves.

Barre socks/or barefoot recommended.

Barre socks/barefoot is recommended

& a yoga mat is required but all other

props will be provided.

Monday 6-6:30am & 5-5:45pm

Tuesday/Saturday 9:15-10am

Wednesday 12-12:30pm

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is all up to the instructor, will today be tabata? Will it be HIIT style? Will it be all about reps? Every class will be different & leave you wanting more!

Indoor gym shoes & a yoga mat is

required by clients while all other props

will be provided.

Buti

Buti can consist of a lot of styles, & like bootcamp at KP (Fit)ness, you'll have to

wait to get to class to see what

the instructor has planned!

Some days it might be a blend yoga & dance with full-body conditioning, some days it might include bands, some might be more tabata

or HIIT style, while others might feel

more like a flow.

We can't wait for you to give it a try as we officially bring Buti to its first studio in Kalamazoo!

Wednesday 9:15-10am

1st Saturday of the month 9:15-10am

Mix

A class filled with barre, bootcamp, & yoga. Everything in one! Circuit style set up with rounds of barre & bootcamp,

then a finish of yoga stretches.

& a yoga mat is required but all other

props will be provided.

Restorative Yoga 

Restorative Yoga is about relaxing & balancing your mind, body & spirit. It's a quiet yoga that focuses on noticing your breath, getting into a totally supported pose, & finding stillness. It uses lots of props- a bolster, two blocks, a strap, & numerous blankets.

*If Nidra is also included- think an extra time for "yogic sleep"!

A yoga mat is required by clients while all other props will be provided.

Sunday 6-7pm

First Sunday 6-7:30pm: Restorative Yoga +

Yoga Nidra

Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow offers a chance to slow down through breath and movement. Students have more time to intentionally move on their mats while still focusing on their breath to movement poses, which may be held

for a number of breaths.

This specific class is terrific for beginners!

A yoga mat is required by clients while all other props will be provided.

Saturday 10:15-11:15am

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that connects breathe to movement. Classes can include sun salutations, standing poses, core work, along with hip and hamstring focus. Vinyasa helps to build strength, while reducing stress and increasing vitality.  

A yoga mat is required by clients while all other props will be provided.
