FAQ

Do you offer a trial membership?

Yes.

$49 for one unlimited month of classes!

The Cancellation Policy

Class will begin and end on time to respect those in attendance.

The door will be locked at the beginning of class for the safety of those in the building,

please do NOT knock on the door and/or the windows located in the studio room. 

For group fitness monthly/annual members:

A 4-hour cancellation window before class is allowed;

otherwise a charge of $9.00 (50% of a standard drop-in class)

will be charged to your card on file.

For punch pass members, your pass will still be valid to be re-used at another time. 

For private clients:

A 4-hour cancellation window before session is allowed; 

otherwise a flat fee of $15 will be charged to your account.   

For special events:

A 48-hour noticed is required for a full refund of ticket price,

unless otherwise stated. If after the 48-hour mark, no refund will be provided.

Please still reach out if you are unable to make the event.

If discussed with the host of the event, tickets may be transferred to someone else. 

Please be respectful of this studio policy.

How early can I come to class?

Doors will open no more than 15 minutes before class time. 

Are children permitted in class?

16 and older are welcome to join with an accompanying adult.

The adult must sign a waiver for the child and take the class with the child. 

What should you bring to class with you?

Each item that is needed is listed under the class when signing up, but for review:

Barre: mat and water (optional sticky socks)

Bootcamp: mat, water, and INDOOR workout shoes

Mix: mat and water (optional sticky socks)

Any Yoga class: mat and water

Do I have to pre-register for classes beforehand?

By all means you are more than welcome to live on the edge and see

if there is a spot available when you arrive to class,

BUT class sizes are limited and no space can be guaranteed for you

if the class is full of pre-registered students.

Please also note in the question above about class cancellation policies.

How do I cancel my monthly membership?

As stated in the terms and conditions, please give a written 7-day notice before

your auto-charge date via email to kaitlyn@kpeacefitness.com

Easy as that!

*All extra perks will then be cancelled. 

Why can I not find a studio phone number?

Well simply put, because there isn't an official one.

Sometimes a cell number is shared, but please know that this is a personal number

so messages might not be answered until business hours. 

Please reach out via email, Instagram, or Facebook or swing by the studio

before/after any class time and lets chat!

Can I get a gift card for someone?

You sure can!

Gift cards can be purchased in the studio or online!

*Were you lucky enough to get a gift card and not sure how to use it?

NO frets!

1. Please keep phones out of the main studio area &

on silent as to not disrupt class or your session
