Cancellation Policy
A 4-hour cancellation window before session is allowed. If canceling within the 4-hour window, a flat fee will be charged to the card on file: $20-
The session will then need to be rescheduled within the expiration date of the original purchase date.

Running Late/No Show:
Red Light allows up to 10min late & your session length will be compromised. Any amount of time later is considered a no show appointments. In the event of a no show, you will be charged the full amount for the missed session. KP (Fit)ness reserves the right to review these on a case-by-case basis & waive/adjust fees accordingly. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible via email!​​
