Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour cancellation window before session is allowed. If canceling within the 24-hour window, a 50% fee of a single session cost will be charged to the card on file:
45min: $37.50
60min: $50
75min: $62
90min: $75
Couples: $125
The session will then need to be rescheduled within the expiration date of the original purchase date.

Running Late/No Show:
Thai Massage allows up to 15min late & your session length will be compromised. Any amount of time later is considered a no show appointments. In the event of a no show, you will be charged the full amount for the missed session. KP (Fit)ness reserves the right to review these on a case-by-case basis & waive/adjust fees accordingly. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible via email!
*Sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable, & expire 4 months from purchase date, no exceptions
**3 month minimum membership required
After 3 months, cancel anytime within 7 days of billing cycle with a written email notice
Any additional sessions in a month are 10% off
