What is Thai Massage?
A combination of yoga postures, acupressure, & meditation. This "forced stretch" will leave you feeling relaxed, but energized. It can help to increase blood circulation, mobility, & flexibility. It can help dissolve energy blockage, reduce & relieve stress & anxiety; & can help to soothe the nervous system. You'll leave feeling happy, relaxed, & ready to take on the rest of your day!
Hours Available:
Kaitlyn: Wed/Fri: 12-4pm, Thurs 10:30-4pm, & Sat: 9-12pm
Ashley: Sun: 12-4pm, Mon: 11-4pm, & Sat 3-6pm
Baylee: Mon/Wed 7-9pm, Tues 9-11am, Tues/Thurs 8:30pm,
& Sat 12-3pm
