Spinal Energetics + Thai Massage
with Kourtney & Kaitlyn
April 17th 6pm
Spinal Energetics:
A new somatic healing modality that integrates the best of Eastern & Western philosophy. Kourtney is the ONLY level 2 practitioner in the state of Michigan! She traveled to Los Angeles in 2023 to learn from the incredible Dr. Sarah Jane from Australia & back to LA in September 2024 for level 2!
This modality helps to balance the nervous system & relax our sympathetic (fight or flight) response, while allowing the body to release anxiety, stress, grief, past traumas, & old stories that have not yet been processed in the physical body. Spinal Energetics supports the natural intelligence & innate wisdom of the body as it unravel bound tension patterns & restore stability in our lives. Our bodies hold on to unprocessed emotions & ultimately, this keeps us stuck. With consistency (at least 3 sessions to start), your body becomes attuned to the work & begins to unwind this “stuck” energy with ease & grace. Letting go & living with more peace, balance, & confidence.
Thai Massage:
A combination of yoga postures, acupressure, & meditation. This "forced stretch" will leave you feeling relaxed, but energized. It can help to increase blood circulation, mobility, & flexibility. It can help dissolve energy blockage, reduce & relieve stress & anxiety; & can help to soothe the nervous system. You'll leave feeling happy, relaxed, & ready to take on the rest of your day!
