Cancellation Policy
Classes will begin & end on time to respect those in attendance.
The door will lock at the beginning of class for the safety of those in the building.
Please do NOT knock on the door &/or the windows located in the studio room.
A 4-hour cancellation window before class is allowed; otherwise a fee of $10 will be charged to your card on file, the session will then need to be rescheduled within the expiration date of the original purchase date.
Note: ​If TWO participants are not preregistered for class 60 minutes before the start time, class will be cancelled & removed from the schedule.
​If TWO participants are not preregistered for a 6am class by 9pm the night before, class will be cancelled & removed from the schedule.

*To cancel a membership:
*3 month minimum membership required, automatically billed monthly. After 3 months, cancel anytime within 30 days of billing cycle with a written email notice. Cancel within 3 months/or within 30 days for a cancellation fee of 60% fee of membership monthly cost, automatically billed to card on file.
All extra perks will then be cancelled.
