Kaitlyn is one of my favorite instructors. Her workouts are well thought out, purposefully organized, & they follow a logical progression that is easy to understand. She provides a fun & challenging workout for all levels of students & I get measurable results. I highly recommend her classes.

Several years ago I had a hip replacement surgery that significantly affected my strength & balance. Kaitlyn & the KP Team has patiently worked with me to make a big differences in my daily life. I've recently returned from a 4 week overseas trip that wouldn't have been possible without their help!

I started the day with a pulled muscle in my back, wondering if I should cancel my spot in Mobility class. But I went, hoping I could get through it. The class was exactly what I needed. I'm grateful for Tye'Ya & the KP community
