$125 for one month unlimited of group classes + one 60min Thai Massage

OR

$49 for one unlimited month of group classes

The Cancellation Policy

Class will begin & end on time to respect those in attendance.

The door will be locked at the beginning of class for the safety of those in the building,

please do NOT knock on the door &/or the windows located in the studio room.

For group fitness members:

A 4-hour cancellation window before class is allowed;

otherwise a fee of $10 will be charged to your card on file.

For single passes/pass packs, your pass will still be valid to be re-used at another time. 

​

​If no one is preregistered for class 45 minutes before the start time,

class will be cancelled & removed from the schedule.

​

If no one is preregistered for a 6am class by 10pm the night before,

class will be cancelled & removed from the schedule.

​

For special events:

A 48-hour window is required for a full refund of ticket price,

unless otherwise stated. If after the 48-hour mark, no refund will be provided.

Please still reach out if you are unable to make the event.

If discussed with the host of the event, tickets may be transferred to someone else.

How early can I come to class?

Doors will open no more than 15 minutes before class time/special event. 

Doors will open no more than 5 minutes before a private session.

​

Where can I park?

We use the back door as our main entrance.

There is parking at the back of the building, to the side of the building, & if needed the front of the building. 

​

Are children permitted in class?

16 & older are welcome to join with an accompanying adult.

The adult must sign a waiver for the child & take the class with the child. 

​

What should you bring to class with you?

Each item that is needed is listed under the class when signing up, but for review:

Barre: mat & water (optional sticky socks)

Bootcamp: mat, water, & INDOOR workout shoes

Buti: mat & water (optional sticky socks)

Dance Fitness: INDOOR workout shoes & water (NO mat is needed!)

Mix: mat & water (optional sticky socks)

Any Yoga class: mat & water

ANY SPECIAL EVENT: a mat & water, unless stated

*Studio rental mats are available for $5

Can you tell me more about the lockers?

Available lockers are on a first come first serve basis.

Daily use: $1

(key to be returned within 24 hours when first rented, otherwise another day will be charged to card on file)

Locker Memberships: $10/month

​

If key is lost and/or damaged, there is a $10 fee for replacement. 

​

Do I have to pre-register for classes beforehand?

By all means you are more than welcome to live on the edge & see

if there is a spot available when you arrive to class,

BUT class sizes are limited & no space can be guaranteed for you

if the class is full of pre-registered students.

How do I cancel my monthly membership?

As stated in the terms & conditions, please give a written 7-day notice before

your auto-charge date via email to kaitlyn@kpeacefitness.com

Easy as that!

*All extra perks will then be cancelled.

Why can I not find a studio phone number?

Well simply put, because there isn't one.

Sometimes a cell number is shared, but please know that this is a personal number

so messages might not be answered until business hours.

Can I get a gift card for someone?

You sure can!

Gift cards can be purchased in the studio or online!
