Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is about relaxing & balancing your mind, body & spirit. It's a quiet yoga that focuses on noticing your breath, getting into a totally supported pose, & finding stillness. It uses lots of props- a bolster, two blocks, a strap, & numerous blankets.
*If "nidra" is in the title- think extra time for "yogic sleep"!

Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow Yoga offers a chance to slow down through breath and movement. Students have more time to intentionally move on their mats while still focusing on their breath to movement poses, which may be held for a number of breaths.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga, similar to Power, can be a flowing, dynamic yoga practice but focuses more on the connection of breathe to movement. Vinyasa helps to build strength, while reducing stress & increasing vitality.
*If Power is in the title- think a few more sun salutations, chaturangas, & class is taught a quicker pace.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice where students can expect specific passive poses held for an extended time, usually 5 to 10 minutes. Yin is more likely to improve overall flexibility & range of motion. It targets deep connective tissues including your fascia, ligaments, & joints.
