​Cancellation Policy

Single sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable, & expire 4 months from purchase date, no exceptions ​

A 24-hour cancellation window before session is allowed. If canceling within the 24-hour window, a 50% fee of a single session cost will be charged to the card on file.

The session will then need to be rescheduled within the expiration date of the original purchase date.

Running Late/No Show:

Thai Massage allows up to 15min late & your session length will be compromised. Any amount of time later is considered a no show appointment.

In the event of a no show, the pass will be lost.

KP (Fit)ness reserves the right to review these on a case-by-case basis & waive/adjust fees accordingly.

If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible via texting the studio number!

*To cancel a membership:

*3 month minimum membership required, automatically billed monthly. After 3 months, cancel anytime within 30 days of billing cycle with a written email notice. Cancel within 3 months/or within 30 days for a cancellation fee of 60% fee of membership monthly cost, automatically billed to card on file.
